I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and I have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of different issues to include: relationship issues, depression, anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem, divorce, eating disorders, feeling empty, unfulfilled or suicidal.

I am a registered professional member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and FPC (Foundation for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I comply with their ethical codes and the requirement for ongoing supervision and professional development.

I originally trained at WPF Therapy in London, which is a leading psychotherapy training institution in the UK. I hold a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Practice, which is validated by Roehampton University.

I work as a therapist at The West London Practice and The Kensington Counselling Rooms.
